Default Shock Advice

I have rebuilt origional shocks in my coupe, they were rebuilr about 2 years ago.
They are now beginning to leak and the car is becoming a bit bouncy again.
What are folks using these days? Anyone have experience with the M&S shocks?

Thanks, Steve

My A's shocks are shot, and I am looking for replacements too. But, I am not familiar with M&S shocks. Would you give me more details (web address, mail address, phone number, etc.)?

Thanks,

After my (expensive) replacements gave up the ghost within a few thousand miles I finally went to tube shocks. Don't like the look but love the ride oh so much. Painted 'em semi gloss black to try and hide them as best as possible. Got them from AC&R before they closed up shop. Cheers, Giles

Several of my cars have M&S shocks and I have been satisfied with them. Not a lot of miles on each car but the performance has been good. There has been some chatter on the Barn and the previous Barn. I will be needing another set later this year and I am leaning to buy a set from Bill Stipe. They are expensive ($1000 a set) but the word is that they are very good. Search the Barn for other comments.

Robert rebuilt the shocks that are on my car. Called him and he told me to turn the valves in 1/8 turn.
They are working much better.
