Default Piston markings

Digging around in my shed i found a set of used Jahns pistons . They are marked on the dome 3 3/8 1/8 LC. These are with 29A rods. What is LC? I am guessing for a 4" crank.

I've heard the LC mean "lower crown" or "long crank" . . . either way, they're for a 4" stroke Merc crank. The rods are not part of the equation in that all Ford produced flathead rods are 7" in length.
