Just wondering I have never used a aluminum radiator on a flathead. What caused the failure within one year? Electrolysis? I am running my stock radiator so I do not have a good replacement.

The Brassworks. Not cheap but top quality. And be prepared to wait a while.

Do you have the original copper brass radiator still? That could be redone with a new core. I just had mine recored last month by a local shop.
