In the process of trying to rebuild a '17 roadster body, I can find the pieces from the rear of the doors to the cowl, but nothing from the doors and around the rear where I need them. Does anyone know of someone producing them or a source to get some originals?

They are not made. The side panels from the rear of the firewall (cowel) to the back of the quarter panel curve where the rear panel meets the curve are all one piece.
