1936 Ford V8 LB Engine For SALE
1936 Ford V8 LB Engine FOR SALE, Insert bearing engine introduced in late 1936 In the 221 Cubic Inch 85 HP flathead engine. The changeable insert bearings were a major improvement over the old poured & bored Babbitt bearings.
This engine has been my spare flathead for my cars for 25 years, unfortunately that was too long and it’s stuck. Apparently it had a blown head gasket just before removal. The #4 cylinder on the right side will need a good honing and new rings at best and sleeve at worst. Complete engine with both heads, water pumps, intake manifold, starter, clutch and pressure plate. Right head is off now. $400.00

What's wrong with this AD? For years when I was looking for a LB engine I couldn't find one. I thought his was a good deal, no responses. What's wrong?
