Dave: You're right of course... my mistake.
The photo Eric posted when he began this thread is from the book, "The professor and the coed: Scandal and murder at the Ohio State University" by Mark Gribbon and published by The Historic Press (Charleston, SC) in 2010. It must be the correct car, which Dave identified correctly as a 1929 special coupe (49-A). |

The article quoted a contemporary third-party witness who used to see "some old man in a blue Ford coupe" transporting the co-ed around. The competing vehicle ain't blue but colors can be changed, I suppose. |
