Angry 46 convertible cowl adjustment brackets

Good day everyone

I had my rocker panels replaced and the body shop failed/neglected/refused to put the cowl adjustment brackets back on. Does anyone have a drawing-illustration on where they go? A buddy gave me some pictures of his original car but is hard to tell from those. Body shop gave me all those brackets back in a box. The top of the w/s post leans to rear too far now and hits the vent frame assembly. Weatherstrips are installed. need about 1/4" + adjustment.
I did not disassemble that portion of the car so am totally lost.
Thank you everyone in advance,

Here is a zoomed in picture from a ‘41 Mercury Convertible off Bringatrailer.com. This is one of the only pictures I could find showing them. It is kind of hard to see since it is body color but appears to attach to the front running board bracket. I have the adjuster brackets from mine but no holes in the rocker to attach them. Still trying to figure out what’s going on.

Right where the running board support is under the body to frame bracket (just to left of lift arm)is where a 3/8 bolt screws thru the running board support through a welded nut from the bottom & pushes that body to frame mound up or unscrew the bolt & bracket comes down. That is the cowl adjustment
