Default Fan removal

Any hints suggestions or tricks for removing the fan?

Seems like we need to remove the fan to get the radiator out.

1947 Ford Fordor Deluxe. Flathead V8.

Very tight removal. Radiator goes straight up, but lower hoses can be in the way. Newc

When I take the fan off my 48 I put a piece of cardboard to protect the radiator , remove one of the top radiator hoses & it comes out with out doing any damage.

Always protect the inside radiator fins with cardboard before removal of either radiator or fan on any Early Ford.
