Default Horn Problems

I am new to the Model A hobby having recently purchased a 1930 Cabriolet. The horn worked fine at purchase but now gives about a 1/2 toot, a weak or sick signal. I posted this a few days ago and received some good replies and suggestions, but I must have inadvertently erased the replies before I was able to act on them. Any suggestions for a remedy ? From now on I will immediately print the replies before leaving the website. Thank you, most appreciative ! Gary D.
