Default Seatbelt Harness for Open Cab Pickups?

This device looks to be adaptable for use on Model As and typical (around here anyway!) Model A drivers:

With four different push in-clicks (5 with the lap belt) I'm sure this would be a convenient solution.

Soon to be required in the Nanny State? Sorry. This not a political board.
