Looking for the hose sizes for an original V8 rad so I can source the clamps required.

The original V-8 hoses were 2.0" O.D. and 1.75" I.D. with a length of 5.50" for the lower hoses and 11.25" for the upper hoses. Obviously those are for 21-stud heads, original water pumps, water inlets, radiators, and original engine location.
