There are 4 body mount locations on the frame. What mounts to the rear one?

If you're referring to the rear crossmember there are two buttons mounted to the cross member only and two body mounts that are bolted through the body.

I'm talking about the 4 on the outside of the frame. The first one is at the firewall, the second at the A pillar, and the third at the B pillar.

The illustration shows 4 mounts on each outside rail structural bracket for a total of 8 mount assemblies. It's all on there but it is the 1942 thru 48 set up. The 1941 is similar but it was all a one year only set up due to some size differences.
