Re: 40 Ford Raffle
Hi Everyone, I stole this from FaceBook...
"Today is the day. Someone will be praising the luck of the Irish as we draw the winner of our 1940 Ford Coupe Raffle at 2 PM today."

Re: 40 Ford Raffle
Hi Everyone, 1942deluxe, I'm on pins and needles right now... About 45 minutes until the drawing. I have a 1 in 200 chance, I bought twenty tickets.
This is Frank Miller's '49, my '36, and Josh Conrad, I think he's the Director of Collections, or something like that. He basically lives his life around the Foundation.

Re: 40 Ford Raffle
At the first Eastern National Meet in Charlotte, they had a raffle for a WWII Ford Jeep. That was what set my dad off on a quest and ended up with 17 of them and 2 GPA's!!

Re: 40 Ford Raffle
That was a great fundraiser. I'd be in on another if someone wants to donate their early Ford V8!

Re: 40 Ford Raffle
Congrats Vince!
I never win anything. For all us losers at least we won't have to come up with the tax money on the value of the car. What is the estimated value of a car like that? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kE186w91YVU Last edited by FrankWest; 03-17-2016 at 03:16 PM. |
