Add me to the survey list. I also cited Mac's high shipping costs as a problem area for me. I wouldn't be surprised the recent Fordbarn thread regarding Mac's shipping and customer relations led to the survey. Hopefully, things will start to change in a positive way.

Yep, I just responded to the survey, too and cited shipping prices being higher than their competitors and having parts on back order for months (or years) with no communication as reasons I don't order from them any longer.

macs/ecklers is a very big operation. they will listen to the survey and do the best they can to satisfy you, it may not be the exact answer you like but at least they are trying
