Default Houdaille shock manual for 1940

After following the link to the 32 owners handbook on another thread, I found this one very interesting.

The Houdaille instructions have been posted here before. They obviously came out of a Ford Service Bulletin binder due to the number in the upper right. Because they do not have a date it is difficult to determine when they were added to the binder. To my eyes one of the pages (38) may be missing and I have tried to find a copy of it, without any luck.
