Default Weber 32/36 adapter

Does anyone have a source for a carburetor adapter for Weber 32/36 4 bolt to Stromberg 3 bolt manifold?

I have not found one but have not looked long and hard. Take the parts to a machine shop to have an adapter made. Or buy the manifold for the Weber.

Offenhauser makes one and you might try Pierce Manifolds also

Richard, not sure this one will fit but check the dimensions. 4-bolt (3 1/4 in. x 1 7/8 in.) https://www.summitracing.com/parts/ofy-5159

That adapter would work well on the Loveless super charger available from https://frenzelsuperchargers.com/pro...r-supercharger

Maybe both ends so that a Weber manifold could be used. Would have to modify the bracket.

Why not just run a Holley 94? It ‘listens’ to engine vacuum unlike a Stromberg 97,making it efficient as well as pleasant to drive, and has way less moving parts than the 32/36.. it’s sexier too if looks matter, the 32/36 looks like a Datsun carb…which it was.

I’m running Weber 32/36 on both of my A’s plus a pair on my XJ6c Jaguar. Redline sells an adapter to use the same type air cleaner as the Strombergs. The 94 is a two barrel carb where the 32/36 is a progressive two barrel and is far more responsive. FYI, the Weber 32/36 was standard on a multitude of European and Japanese cars before the advent of EFI.

I am very happy with my 32/36 Weber. I did some port changes to get better response and added the horn to get a little more air flow. You really can notice the change when the second throat opens up. I like the fact that it has a real air filter.

I made adapters for my Model A out of aluminum plate, for the Weber’s.
