Auburn clutch for Flathead
Some time back there was a guy here who had found a lot of new Auburn clutch pressure plates for Flatheads and maybe also disks.
A quick search did not help. I`m looking for a couple of those and that guy might have the ticket. Thanks. |

I had a nice one but recently sold it to a fellow Fordbarner. You might contact Fort Wayne Clutch to see if they still sell them.

Re: Auburn clutch for Flathead
I have one. I was advised here that they weren't used much any more and was more of a collector piece and to hang it on the wall. I ended up just throwing it away. Gotcha, I placed it carefully back onto the shelf. Have flywheel also.

Re: Auburn clutch for Flathead
I used a diaphragm clutch (10") when I replaced the Off-Shore product that I had in the car, as it was chattering pretty badly. I got it a NAPA, and it was for a 1985- something Mustang
I don't ever remember anyone having a bunch of Auburn types, but like Fourdy, I'd probably just throw it in the trash. Those Washington guys have really deep pockets |

I know, I know! I just selfishly used your words as an avenue to vent a little frustration. YOU, as usual, did good! DD
