Default Cam journal diameter - what is OK?

I want to send a press on cam out for regrinding. The one I have measures from 1.793 to 1.797 on the journals. What is standard size, and what is acceptable?

Standard size is 1.796" - 1.797"
Wear limit for stock bearings is 1.795"
Replacement bearings are available in .010",.020" &.030".
