Not sure about there packaging, maybe someone bought the LED electrical and only needed that, I have 2- They came in a box of stuff in the trunk of a project I bought. They are glass and don't appear to have indication to have been used.(price is for the Pr.)
Would be interested in trades. Need: Windshield center bar interior windshield filler pieces for windshield garnish moldings. .
