can anyone tell me what rear end late 70's granadas used and flange to flange width?Thanks in advance J.B.

The granada used an 8 inch rear. I don't know the width.

I'm afraid Hoss's memory is not what it used to be. The Granada/Monarch/Versailies disc brake rearend is a 9 inch and measures 58 1/2 inches from flange to flange. the 65-66 Mustangs are 57 5/8; the 67-70 are 60 and the 71-73 are 61. If you are plasnning a retro fit I'd advise going aftermarket instead. Unless you already have one bought and rebuilt ready to install the aftermarket units from Stainlees Steel or any number of other manufacturers are far superior in quality and performance and in the long run cheaper.
