Ford 1932 1933 Big Trucks
What is more desireable? Big truck 157" Wheelbase or 131" Wheelbase?
I have both but need to sell one to make room. Would $400 be a fair price for just the frame?? Thanks folks. Dennis |

I like the shorter wheel base. I've got both and they're nice but I'll probably die with them or send them to the scrapper.

Love it! Yes just trying to save the workhorse before putting out to pasture for "lost" photographers. Thanks!

It had a '40 motor and hauled ass with the low gears up to 40 mph. It was a bitch to stop with the mechanical brakes. The first time I drove it down the street I missed my driveway by a house length. Actually the 131 inch wheel bases look better, especially if you are going to mount a dump, tow truck or gas tank bed. |

Re: Ford 1932 1933 Big Trucks
Dennis; The 131"wb would be more driveable. If you are going to streets rod one and zee the frame the long frame would be the keeper,if the frames were in the same condition. You know a 32bb frame is not the same 33 and 34bb feames.I have 32 and 33 bb and found out the hard way they are not the same . You don't get much for $400 especially if they have a good vin number. Good luck ed
