Any idea what the letters mean on the head of the spring bolt?

Re: Spring bolt
The letters indicate the manufacturer.
I do not think this is an original spring bolt. It looks like there are 3 hash marks on the bolt that indicates it is a Grade 5 Bolt. This system was not in use when the Model A was manufactured. Chris W |

Re: Spring bolt
Grade 5 bolt that someone has modified the head to fit the square in the crossmember.
