Anyone got a 28-29 switch on the wall thats worth rebuiding. Earlier the better. The pot metal on mine has died. I have a good cylinder an key. Looking for all or parts. Thanks Fordbarners for looking.

I have a 30 years old reproduction that is just the housing and cable without the switch.

Do you think it would interchange with a Electrolock housing and parts??

i have an italian repro switch (70s) i think. it has everything; popout w/ key, housing, cable and distributor connection (as original), however you will have to repair a break in the electrical board in the bottom end of housing.

Original 1928-1929 and 1930-1931 Switches are NOT interchangeable in parts.

Aftermarket ones mostly fit all years.

You have always seemed very knowledgable on Model A parts. I have a NORS
popout and would beg the favor of your opinion on whether it could be NOS. I
know the odds are astronomical, but it could be. It has an Ilco key with the number 1398. If you are willing to help, I could send a pic if you email me at [email protected]. I probably have your email address somewhere from long ago
correspondence, but I do not know under what name, etc.
