From some digging I did back in Feb 2009
These are all patents for the Snow Motor.
The US and Canadian patents appear to be of the same
basic design, but with variations.
All but the first two US patents are assigned to Armstead
Snow Motors Incorporated, but with different inventors on
some.

Note
* - Two roller style

** - Four roller style

Here are some more pics of our Fordson from the '30s-50s.

My Granddad.

My Grandma. She passed away last year at 98. We still own the farm. The house was built in 1837.

My uncle. Note it now has the tire conversion.

My Dad and Granddad, probably around 1955 I would guess.

Fordsons tractors in Brazil, Rio Grande do Sul. Pictures from a traditional dealer in Encantado, the Guido Cé Ford Dealer, promoting the new tractors in 1948/51 I'm not sure.

The idea was to explore the easy of use for those who would consider buying their first Ford tractor. So, that's why we see so many beatiful young ladies driving them. They must have sold hundreads!

Others pics in this link and all the good stuff from Guido-Cé Ford dealer is in this other link here.

Nik.
