38 Ford Speedster
This picture turned up in my travels on the net. Appears to be a 38 Ford deluxe boat tail speedster. A custom build I'd guess and quite a novelty as I have never seen one before.

I'm going out on a limb and saying it looks a lot better from the rear and side than the front quarter view in the first post. Neat car.
