Default Leaky Stromberg

What would cause a Stromberg 97 to leak gasoline from the hand-throttle end of the throttle shaft? I drove my '36 this afternoon and when parked on a slight upward incline I noticed fuel dripping from the hand-throttle lever with the engine off. I've never seen this before. Could the float be set wrong? I've got a fuel-pressure regulator and gauge limiting the pressure to about 2.5 pounds when it's running.

Thanks!
