I need help in finding a source for a new or good used top bow for a 1940 Mercury 2 dr. club Conv. I remember seeing add's in some of the old car books of companies that made the steam bent oak bows. Any body with any info please let me know Thank you, Joe

Is it the front header bow you need or is it the rear bent bowor both?Johnny.

I use a company called OAK BOWS in Chambersburg, Pa. ph.717-264-2602. I have used them on the last 4 convert's I have done and have never had a problem. They do advertise in Hemming's occasionally.

You might check with Roy Nacewicz too. He is making some wooden parts now. Top Drawer.
