Cool...
As one who bends the rules and take our big old truck with 4 cyl engine on the concourse at a national Early V8 meet, I think you will do just fine! I like your car! Good luck! Post some pictures too!
Regards,
Chris

Those ain't BULLET holes. Those are the remnants of an old antenna.

What no one noticed the wire nuts used for the head light wiring that's going to cost some points deduction!

I'm really glad you posted the photos of the whole car. It is very nice! I can't speak for all, but I don't think we are making fun of a concourse restoration. A car restored to that level requires hours of dedication, research and knowledge combined with a tremendous amount of hard work. They have their place right up there at the top, but the weekend dabbler starting with a pile of good useable, albeit mismatched parts can have a lot of fun at it as well. I would not be at all surprised if I was to (over)hear some folks standing around the grass at Pebble Beach making fun of a vehicle such as the one in this post. Correct me if I'm wrong. One more thing... Who's to say they weren't both bullet holes AND antenna mount holes. Anny Oakley coulda done that with ease.......

At first I thought so too, but the one on the right has a trim ring on it and it looks like '40 Chevy.

JM, the car will remain as it is as long as I own it except for whatever it takes to remain mobile

Nick, at least it still has Polly gas in the tank

Ronnie, they came from the same drawer as the glass screw in fuses

GB, I know the dedication, hard work, and time involved in a proper restoration. I am involved in two body off projects. This car will remain as it was in 1950 when the owner packed his belongings into the car and fled New Jersey for the Golden State. He settled in Healdsburg which is close to being the Garden of Eden, and kept the 32 until he passed.

I didn't even know it was a '32 for quite a while. And then when someone mentioned something about a 'cabriolet' I had been assuming it was a coupe. So now I need to know how a coupe differers from a cabriolet? My focus has always been on the trucks.
