Default Crown Vic owners & restorers. What'd you do for your black square details?

The Vic's have the filled in squares on the B-pillar moldings, "tierra" roof trim, headlight bezels, etc. Do you guys use vinyl, paint, or?? Thanks...

I haven't done any of the trim on my Fairlane, but I plan on using the flat black trim paint you can pick up at the auto parts stores. I used that before and it seems to stick good to bright metal trim.

I cleaned mine real good, masked the indents off, and sprayed with black, gloss enamel. Been on for 4 years now and still looks good.
