Default Progress Report

Drove the "Big Blue" chassis today for the first time. I started this in November, so 6 months of work....

Amazing how much work and time go into something like your project! Looks awfully good to this newbie, Jim. Will be looking for more pictures as your project continues.

How many miles do you get on a tank of gas? ;-)

Very nice! What color is the red on the wheels?

Ben, those are the wheels and tires that came with the car. Sorry, I don't know the color, other than red. I just power washed them and cleaned the whitewalls. The tires are like new so I don't want to waste them. The wheels look good 20 feet away, but are chipped and cracked, and were done with what I think was a brush. When the tires wear out, hopefully not this year, the wheels and tires will be replaced with black wheels and tires....

Fred K-OR, I have a 30 Fordor body that I bought in November. It came with this frame and some running gear. Built it up over the winter.... The body will be going back on next week.

WOW;

Looks GREAT!

I like your seat and Dash-Gas Tank set up. I wish I had something like that when I did my chassis.

I would hang a license plate on it and run it!!!!!

Keep up the good work,

Chris
