Spring Liners
On of our region members recently wrote an article about improving Model A ride quality. He suggeted that installing spring liners were a big help. I have some questions about this job:
1. I have a 1930 Tudor what spring is the bestfor the rear and if you have the wrong one can you ad or remove a leaf. If you have to remove one which is best? 2. Which spring liners are best? 3. Can you add the liners with out removing the spring by jus seperating the leaves. Thanks as always. Steve |

2. Best is subjective. I use 1/16 UHMW plastic. It is about 1/3 the price of Teflon and works the same. 3. By dropping the rear end and disassembling the spring all except the main leaf you can do it. |
