Default 40 Wiper Motor:

Does anyone know what the part number and size of a vacumm wiper motor for an EARLY 1940 Ford two-door sedan should be?

i intalled an electric wiper motor in a 40 coupe 25 years ago,i still have the vacuum unit and bracket ,may or may not work ...$35 + shipping pm me if interested ..

If memory serves (oh-oh) it's a Trico #ss27. I might suggest you contact Dave Ficken for a motor.
There was only ONE wiper motor for all 1940 Ford passenger cars regardless of what you may have heard...yes, convertibles were the same as closed cars.
