Are 9 inch and 10 inch pressure plates and discs interchangeable between 40 flywheels and later ones? Thanks

NO. The 9in. wheel is drilled for the 9in. pressure plate and the 10 wheel is drilled for the 10in. NOW, the wheels will interchange, will fit any engine up to 48, the 48 and older wheels will not work on a 49-52 engine. Walt
