Angry fuel pump

How would I go about checking my fuel pump on my 59a 239. Not sure if putting out enough pressure, pump is not that old, supposed to have ethanol diaphragm etc etc, bought from ken Isidor couple years ago. Johna I do have vacuum gauge.

Disconnect the gas line between the fuel pump and the carburetor. Hook up the pressure gauge to the outlet side of the fuel pump. (Make sure vehicle is in neutral and ignition is off.) crank the engine over a few times. Look at the gauge and read the pressure. Bingo.
