1952-1953 Mercury Accessory Steering Wheel. Represented to me as NOS when I purchased it. Have seen a similar brown discoloration mark in another NOS steering wheel (almost looks like a cigarette burn mark). Not mint but excellent condition. Chrome has some imperfections which might polish out. Missing the spring between the horn ring and steering wheel. $1100 shipped PayPal Friends and Family or would ask that you pay the 3.9% fee.
