Default Cowl light wiring

What is the easiest way to fish the wires for my cowl lights through where the cowl meets the frame? So far no luck.

A coat hanger! On a S/W body at least, it is not difficult.
Are you going between the cowl sheet metal and the 45-degree floor ail that supports the frontmost floorboard?

run the wire behind your kick panel on the left side there is a big hole next to your toe board and it will come out next to your clutch pedal
