On 28 drum tailight shells why is DUOLIGHT sometimes stamped in and sometimes out?

'Teacup' tailamps can also be indented or embossed, on Canadian cars at least. I think embossed 'Duo lamp' may be seen on the stainless ones,but not the '29 plated one.
Probably just depended on who supplied them to Ford.
