Hello Fordbarn!

My name is Michael. I am new to the Fordbarn. I'm from the Lehigh Valley area of Penna. Ive been following along for awhile and soaking up as much information as I can from everyone. Walt Dupont built this motor for my Dads 1950 F1. It took some convincing of my Dad, but recently this truck made its way to my garage, and I am ever so thankful to have the opportunity to enjoy driving and wrenching on this truck! I drive it around town very frequently with my old dog and enjoy taking it to shows as well as utilizing it as a truck as it should be.

I found this thread and thought it would be the perfect opportunity to introduce myself and share this awesome motor that runs like a dream, turning heads as it makes plenty of noise through my community. It's a little more dirty these days then when Walt finished it, but it runs so strong and is just simply a fun truck to drive around.

Long live Walt Dupont!

Thank you to the Fordbarn community!
