Default Panhard bar/track bar hitting front spring

This may all be due to not having any weight on the front end. But I had a heckuva time getting the spring on. And the boss for the Panhard bar is riding right on top of the spring. 1947 car(front clip off) no wheels or tires yet.
I also took a picture of the 48 woody, with no engine or front clip, it has plenty of clearance.
