Metal Specs for making 1934 Tudor Seats

I now have all the plans and patterns to make two front tilt assembly seats for my 1934 Tudor! I like lots of help on my projects because it is easier to do it right the first time!

Could someone who is a metal worker tell me the the type and gauge of metal that I should use to make these seats?
