Here is a picture of mine done using Testors Model Master enamel paint. The color is "Ford & GM Engine Blue" and seems dead on to me. I bought the decals but did not like the way they went on and didn't trust they would last. Set up on a wood support leveled both ways and then dripped paint into the recesses with a toothpick until there was enough to float to the edges. The middle one looks strange but that is only the way the light caught it. This was easy and came out very nice.
