Default Runing Board Tire Pump

Does anyone repair or supply parts for the running board hand tire pumps?

You might be lucky and only need a leather "cup". Google leather plunger and search youtube for "making pumps leather cups.

Good video; however having restored numerous vintage footpumps I would recommend that there's a taper on the side wall of the washer. If it's parallel sided and a tight fit it will make the pump VERY difficult to operate. You need a two piece mould, male and female.


If you get stuck, let me know the exact internal diameter of the pump cylinder and the size of the hole in the centre of the washer and I will make you a couple
