Default Radius Rods: 37-40 vs 41

According to the parts books, 41 radius rods are different than the 37-40 ones. What's the difference? I have a pair which are about 68 inches long. I thought they were for 37-40. I know the 42-48s are much shorter, but what about the 41s?

Lookie here! I BELIEVE they're the same as '42 - '48. '41s are real oddballs. The front wishbone is a ONE-YEAR-ONLY piece.
