Default Model B head

I'm working on a model B engine with a 3 hole waterpump. The head is cast with a 3/4" C with a 1/4" N in the center and Ford script USA. Does this mean that the head is an aftermarket part?

I think it's just the stock head on a Model B motor from 32-34.
