Default Business coupe oval windows?

So I'm pretty sure what I have here (correct me if I'm wrong) is a pair of oval windows from a '28 or '29 business coupe.

The outside nickel plated rings measure 7" X 11-3/4" and have some oxidization. The inner rings are steel painted black with some pitting. Only one nut is missing from the studs. The strap ends are all present and usable.

The glass is beveled and in good to very good condition with minor scratches and a couple small (less than 1/16") chips at the point of bevel.

Whad'ya think?

29 only. 28 didn’t have the oval windows.

Only the ‘29s had oval windows. I have one, (see my avatar) and the ovals are 14” x 9”.

Re-read your first post. You said 28’s had oval windows.

Youre right. I didn’t have my glasses on and mis-typed it. I’ve posted a correction. Size of windows is correct at 14”x9”.

I've seen the bare frames before but I've not seen any with glass and what looks to be suspenders. Any of you 1929 Business Coupe owners have insight on those suspenders. The screws that hold the frames together are odd #5 type screws. My Sport Coupe back light frame uses the same odd screws.

Are these correct? And what are they worth?
The owner wants to sell them.

I doubt yours are correct for a Ford A. See Quote for correct size. Thank you 700rpm.

The windows as shown by JCLEE in the original post are not correct for a 54A. 29 business coupe.

I've seen quite a few older car tops that have multiple back light glasses inset in side by side fashion.

The complete 29 Sport Coupes quarter oval windows are just mounted to the top material. The aft bow support is designed to leave that mounting area clear for the oval window. It mounts to the B pillar wood then curves to the bow support attachment. It then curves on down to the belt wood where it attaches.

The older business coupes and Sport Coupes just have a little brace on each side that secures that rear bow to the B pillars.
