Default heater switch

i have a1939 ford heater switch i am having trouble hooking it up to the heater motor the motor on the heater is not color coated is their a way that i can bench test the switch to see if my problem is in the switch. help needed. thank you jim.

You can just try the various wires to any terminal nothing will burn out if wrong. There are 4 termials on a 39-40 switch If you have only 2 its the wrong switch. ken ct.

This schematic comes with the Mac"s wiring for the heater.
