Cool need 30-31 crankshaft with some meat on it

City: mount airy
State: nc

My engine was starting to thump alittle, rear babbit is broken, will cut in inserts but the crank has been cut down too much for inserts. If you have one with maybe just one cutting on it, let me know and how much. The block and all other parts are in great shape. Thanks very much!

fordcarbuff,
'30/31..I assume that you have an A block..no?
Well, I have an early B crank that can be used(cut down) for an A block use. It is very presentable/useable non counterbalanced B crank. Trouble is...shipping to east coast from west coast!! Rick

Hello Hardtimes, Great handle, Rick, I like that one. Please, lets wait this out some because of the shipping costs. Surely someone here on the east coast, near NC has a left-over crank. I have belonged to MARC, MAFCA, and AACA for some time and I am positive that once word gets out, my phone will ring. I am just hoping FORDBARN will make it faster because alot of them are on it. Thanks much for your response! Mike P.S. Oh yes it is an A block

Hello to you Chuck Kuntz, junior member. Nice to meet another junior member. I am very interested in the crank you presently own. Where do you call home? Thirty-five is a reasonable price to pay and save an eighty year old engine to use again. My phone number is 336-352-4928, and leave me a message with your number, etc.,
Fridays are long days for me at work. If I am late I will call on Saturday in the morning at whatever time you request. Thanks very much. Mike
