First time I saw one of these. It is on a Craigslist ad. Pic 14 bet in the day they were a bunch of them driving around

Here's the tag, just above the oil dipstick.
It says "Reconditioned", "Authorized Ford Reconditioner".
Likely a K.R. Wilson equipment job?

Not very common. Often they list the clearances of the mains & rods.
