Default 42 pickup

City: Oakdale
State: California
Price: 4000

In a bind, so have to sell.

The good...

'42 with title
sweet running 221 (have the 59a as well)
new metal brakelines
rebuilt MC all wheel cylinders, new flex line front and back
Reapacked front and rear wheel bearing new seals (all above brake and seal parts from Mac VP)
221 hods 30 at idle, mech gauge is off...so maybe 25?
Re wired for my convenience, all lights work, Sig Sta installed, blinkers work as well...brake lights too.
Converted to 12v with GM Alt.
All wiring run through circuit breakers, and have 3 or 4 left over for other uses
Running an electric fan, Jegs is sending me the control and sensor for it...the 221 has a Diver Helmet distributor, and the mech fan would not clear it..has to have a Crap distributor installed for clearance.
Frame is solid as a rock

Okay...

The bad...

Will need cab corners, cowl patches and floor boards and good glass in the cab.
.

Seat need to be redone.

The good, is the tank was pristine...not a flake of rust in it.

Just running an electric pump and regulator to 2lbs, to move it around.

Oil is fresh, tranny flushed. cleaned, refilled...haven't looked into the rearend yet.

I pulled the original gauge cluster, hard to read and the temp gauge was messed up..so made up a Al panel, put in a speedometer, SW water and SW Oil gauge in it..added a panel below the dash with an AMP gauge and fuel gauge

Holler if interested.

Might add, this wasn't put together to sell, nor worry about concourse stuff, I just wanted a driver to pick a bale or two of hay up, etc...but no go now.
