Default Cold Start

With all of this record cold, it might be fun to see who's A starts at what tempature. Only draw back would be, you may not reach normal operating tempature.

Any cold start stories?

Paul

I throw a towel over the radiator to warm it up while fast idling. Just watch the temp gauge.

I have difficulty with my 30' Tudor running too cool so I keep about half of the radiator covered with a black piece of cardboard to bring up the temp. in the colder weather. I am using a stone guard so it's not visible while in use.

Back in the winter of 83,84, I started an A engine in my -30 degree garage, Had #10 oil in it, popped right off.
